Two new features, exactly as they'll appear in the OS

Both are real working code running against sample data (Prairie Sun, a 3.2 MW DG solar project by SunPeak Renewables). In the live OS each one switches on in Settings → Features, and every screen has a Developer ⇄ Investor toggle — the developer assembles and uploads; the investor verifies and approves. Money moves and credits get claimed only on the investor's explicit action.

🏗️ Draw Requests

The monthly construction-draw package, enforced by machine: G702/G703 schedule of values that must tie to the request, the full lien-waiver chain, IE certification, title date-down.

Developer: upload docs → the OS says exactly what's missing
Submit is blocked server-side until the draw is whole
Investor: one screen, tie-out verified → Approve & release

The federal tax-credit compliance file, workstream by workstream — begin-construction, prevailing wage & apprenticeship, domestic content, energy community, ECO registration, §6418 transfer, recapture watch.

Developer: upload the one document that proves each item
Investor: Verify or Flag, item by item — with what to check
2025 rule changes surfaced as LAW IN FLUX — never stale advice

The ITC Compliance agent tile in the strip above was injected by the same module that fixes the live OS — when the feature is toggled on, the agent appears in the strip with a full doctrine (chat) plus this workspace (uploads/approvals). Neither feature gives tax or legal advice; material items are flagged for CPA/counsel. Every action writes to the audit log.
